Industry × Innovation × Intelligence
From real industry needs to deployable innovation—
co-created in practice, sustained by long-term talent development and incubation.
In³ is built on a micro–meso–macro architecture: talent cultivation at the individual level, intelligent transformation at the organisational level, and a cross-region innovation ecosystem at the system level. Each dimension reinforces the others.
Talent cultivation from youth to professionals.
Resources, projects, competitions, practice, capability development, and career planning.
Industry and organisational transformation.
Real-world co-creation and pilots with real constraints and validation.
A cross-region innovation ecosystem.
Connecting Europe and Asia–Pacific through shared programmes and partners.
In³ runs multiple parallel initiatives—exploration, co-creation, incubation, and talent—so ideas and people can move from discovery to scale.
The X-series (EduX, RealityX, RevoX) is In³'s exploration layer—time-bound events for experimentation and talent discovery. They surface ideas and people that feed into co-creation and incubation across the platform.
PilotX is In³'s co-creation strand: industry–university pilots with real constraints and validation. Promising ideas are tested with partners here before they move to incubation or scale.
The Project Incubator is In³'s pathway from validation to implementation. It gives promising projects from pilots and hackathons structured support to reach scale.
GeniuZ is In³'s talent platform and project pool—supporting development from youth to professionals. It connects talent with projects, opportunities, and growth pathways as a first-class strand of the In³ ecosystem.
